ITL www.interpretingline.co.uk ITL is an interpreting and translation company. In response to the demands of two of their major clients, namely the Middlesbrough Primary care trust, and Northumbria police force, ITL requested a member’s only area to be added to their existing website that enables their clients to view and book interpreters online. The project involved the development of a bookings system, the complete digitization of all paper based interpreter records, and a bespoke CMS was developed to enable the admin staff to update the site. ITL can provide references and details of the project. The tools used to create the site include PHP, XHTML, CSS, and Fireworks. |

County Durham Furniture Reuse Forum http://www.edfreuse.co.uk/discuss/ The forum is private facility that enables forum members from around the region to share information regarding recycling. The facilities allow moderation, membership authorisation, and e-mail broadcasting. As the forum is private and belongs to number of organisations branding is discarded in favour of simple heading identifying the project. Implementation involved the customisation of open sources software forum software. |
